Avrio-Russ Group was established in late 2011 after realizing the high demand for efficient and cost effective home manufacturing and building in Russia.  The parent company, Avrio Properties Inc. has been successfully engaged in the construction business since the year 1999.  During this time, the company has accumulated a vast experience in organizing and effectively delivering numerous land development and construction projects in Canada and the United States.  While constantly on the move, in 2007, the company has expanded its land development and construction operations into the world famous resorts of the Red Sea, in Egypt.

As a progressive company, looking into the distant future, Avrio Group drew attention to the Russian market of single family homes, low-rise and high rise residential building.  Incorporating the depth and experience of the home building industry in North America of the last few decades, Avrio-Russ Group utilizes the most innovative building practices, materials and technology to guarantee success.
   

In the planning phase, we work diligently with our designers and engineers to forward your project through the entitlement phase with the governmental departments until we finalize the construction documents and obtain building permits for your project.
