During the construction phase, Avrio Properties administers the bidding process with full regard to budgets, costs and industry standards.  Avrio works with the Voucher Control firm to process all Accounts Payable according to approved payment schedules.  Avrio ensures the compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to provide the documentation required for the ongoing reporting to the Bank.
